Oliviers&Co use the vintage name "Grand Cru" as a tribute to the wine, because we select our Olive Oils with the same rigour and we bottle them much like great wine. Our bottling is not only for aesthetic reasons, the opaque containers are also crucial to protect the quality of the Olive Oil from the sun.
You will discover two major flavour families:
The grassy flavour: more or less intense, it is characterised by lively,
green notes like cut grass, artichoke, or green apple…
The floral flavour: more or less delicate, it is characterised by a velvety
and milky touch with notes of nuts, cooked fruits & vegetables.
Some like it sweet, others bitter or spicy, round, fiery, but the matches between food and olive oil are the ones you like!
