Ingredients

2 tbsp Everyday Olive Oil
Organic Pizza & Pasta Salsa
Organic Pesto Rosso
Semi-dried Cherry Tomatoes

At the market
8.8 oz bread dough
2 slices herbed ham, cut into strips
1.75 oz grated Parmesan cheese
3.5 oz cherry tomatoes
2 tsp oregano
6 to 8 basil leaves
1 buffalo burrata (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 464°F.

Roll out the bread dough thinly with a rolling pin on a floured work surface.

Cover with tomato sauce, sprinkle with ham and grated Parseman.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and scatter over the pizza, sprinkling with oregano.

Place in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

Just before serving, sprinkle with a few semi-dried cherry tomatoes, a touch of pesto rosso and basil leaves. You can also arrange the burrata, cut in half and dripping over the pizza.

Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and serve immediately.
