Hazelnut & Chocolate Cream

20 large strawberries
4 tbsp whipping cream
Directions
Wash and dry the strawberries. Line a baking tray with a sheet of parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk the hazelnut & chocolate cream with the whipping cream. Microwave for 5 seconds, or until smooth.
If necessary, adjust the amount of whipping cream to ensure a creamy texture.
Holding the strawberry by the stem, dip it into the melted cream and turn to remove any excess.
Place the strawberry on the baking tray. Repeat the operation with all the strawberries.
Place the strawberries in a cool place for at least 30 minutes, to allow the chocolate to harden and become crunchy.
Serve chilled with a glass of champagne.
