About This Recipe
With meat that falls off the bone and a perfectly smoky and stocky sauce, these ribs will always leave you wanting more. Our tip: enjoy these with a side of olive oil mashed potatoes.

Ketchup
1 tbsp Salt & Herbs mix for Meat
At the market
2 racks baby back ribs
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
1 large onion, quartered
BBQ Sauce
Directions
Cut rib racks in half or small enough to fit in oven.
Cover ribs with water and add the salt & herbs mix, cilantro and onion.
Bring to a boil, lower heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until ribs are tender.
Heat grill to hot and throw ribs on the grill. Baste often with BBQ sauce or ketchup, turning often, until ribs are glazed and browned, about 15-30 minutes.
Slice and serve with extra BBQ sauce or ketchup.
