20cl of olive oil & basil
6.5cl of balsamic vinegar sweetened with fig
12 teaspoons of fig & melon jam
From the market
125g of arugula
6 slices of Poilâne bread
1 log of goat cheese
4 handfuls of crushed walnuts
Directions
Rinse and then drain the arugula. Arrange it on plates.
In a small container, mix the fig balsamic with olive oil.
Toast the bread slices, then cut them in half diagonally.
Slice the goat cheese log.
Cover each piece of bread with a teaspoon of fig & melon jam, then place a slice of goat cheese on top.
Arrange the toasts on the arugula. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts and drizzle with the fig balsamic and olive oil & basil mixture.
