About This Recipe

A super simple, fresh and delicious tomatoes, that comes in two forms.

Ingredients

At Oliviers&Co
La Classique Olive Oil
Il Fornacino Olive Oil
Pomegranate Specialty Vinegar
Salt & Herbs Mix for Pasta and Salad

At the market
20 cherry tomatoes
3 heirloom tomatoes
Redcurrants
2 pinches cane sugar
Salt & pepper

Directions

Ina frying pan, heat 1 tbsp of everyday olive oil over high heat. Fry the cherry tomatoes with cane sugar for 5 minutes, turning them several times so that they soften. Sprinkle with salt & herbs mix.

Cut raw tomatoes into slices and place them on a platter. Add cooked tomatoes and few redcurrants.

Season at your taste with salt & pepper.

In a small bowl, mix 4 tbsp of Il Fornacino olive oil and 2 tbsp of pomegranate vinegar and pour over tomatoes.

Finish with a sprinkle of salt & herbs mix.
