About This Recipe

Fresh asparagus, oven-roasted with a little Parmesan cheese for a gourmet touch. An ideal dish for your Easter table.

Ingredients

Rameau d'Or Dievole
Flower Salt from the Ebro Delta

At the market
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
A little coriander, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 428°F.

Place the asaparagus in a dish and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat well. Add the Parmesan, garlic and salt to taste.

Arrange the asparagus in a single row on a baking tray. Bake until tender, about 12 or 15 minutes depending on thickness.

Just before serving, drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and coriander.
